PSAT Sample Score Report   2015-2016 School Year

PSAT/NMSQT® and PSAT™ 8/9 online score reports are now available to educators through the new integrated K–12 portal. Students 13 and over can see their PSAT/NMSQT and PSAT 8/9 score reports from the September–November 2015 administrations in the student online score-reporting portal.

Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) - For information regarding SSD, please visit the links below and be sure to fill out any required forms prior to contacting our SSD coordinator. 

For the SAT, AP, and PSAT Testing, go to the CollegeBoard website at  http://www.collegeboard.com/ssd/student. Be sure to complete the SDUHSD Request for Accommodations and the Parent Consent form.  
 
For ACT Testing, visit http://www.act.org/aap/disab.  Make sure to fill out and turn in the Request for ACT Special Testing.
Once the forms are complete and you have gathered all documentation, contact our SSD Coordinator to submit the forms.
