Get Excited For The New School Year!


 Readiness Days are when students take care of all mandatory and optional paperwork (see forms listed below). Additionally, this is the opportunity for students to take their annual school picture and receive their required TPHS Student ID card.  This is the only opportunity to meet with counselors before school begins if a schedule change is needed.

Seniors Tuesday, August 15 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Juniors Wednesday, August 16 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Sophomores Thursday, August 17 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Freshmen Friday, August 18 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
 
Mark your calendars for Freshmen and new student orientation on August 23 from 5-6pm.  Students will get valuable information and tips to make the most of their time at TPHS. Students will get connected to school, learn what it means to be a Falcon and define the saying "We are TP".  We' will have pizza and drinks for students to enjoy as they meet classmates along with next year's PALs and ASB groups. Students attending are to meet at the front of the gym in our quad.

Annual Data Confirmation Process (Mandatory for All Students) Beginning August 7, parents will need to log on to the Aeries Parent Portal and update all student data prior to Readiness Days.  Once all the data has been updated, please print the following documents:
  1. Readiness Day Ticket - found at step 4 of the process
  2. Emergency Notification Form - found at final step of the process (be sure to sign this)
All parents need to verify and update contact information, for each child, on the Parent Portal (an email from the SDUHSD was sent out to families informing all enrolled families of this process). After updating all mandatory information, please print your Readiness Day Ticket and bring it with you on your designated day and time along with a printed copy of your Emergency Notification Form.  These forms are mandatory and you will not be able to move forward with Readiness Days if you don't have these forms. You will not be given your schedule and will not be allowed to attend classes until your Emergency Notification form is signed by a parent or guardian and is on file with the school.  If you are unable to update your student data prior to Readiness Days, we will have computer workstations available for you to use in the Learning Commons.
 
All outstanding fees and fines must be paid on or before Readiness Days.  Textbooks or library books left over from last year must be returned at this time.  Fees and fines must be paid for lost or damaged books.
