Senior Week Tickets are on sale now until June 3rd at the Student Store. Ticket prices are $185.00 with ASB and $200.00 without. You must have the signed Release of Liability, Disneyland Permission Slip, and Senior ID Card to purchase your ticket. All forms are available at the Student Store also.
Prepaid yearbooks will be distributed on Saturday, June 3rd in the English Quad. Seniors only are from 10am until 12pm. Underclass is from 12pm to 2pm. If you haven't purchased a book yet, you will still have an opportunity. There will be a limited number of books available for purchase on Saturday, June 3rd at the Student Store. Seniors will have priority from 10am until 12pm. Underclass from 12pm to 2pm. Books are first come, first served and the cost is $130.00 CASH ONLY.
Cap & Gown distribution will take place on Saturday, June 3rd at the pavilion in the Quad from 10am to 12pm. If you still need to purchase a gown, you can do so at sdgrad.com.
Senior Check-Out pick up an official check out card in the Quad from 7:15 - 8:00 am on Friday, June 9 and use it to check out of your 1-3-5-7 classes. Keep it in a safe place as you will need it again on Monday, June 12 to check out of your 2-4-6 classes.
We are seeking talanted Seniors who wish to participate in this year's commencement ceremony. Applications for graduation speeches and performances are available online and at the student store. This is your opportunity to shine. Deadline to sign up is Friday, May 19.
If you are a junior and interested in being a part of the Junior Honor Court at this year's commencement ceremony, please pick up your application at the student store or download it here. Applications are due by May 5 at the student store.
Seniors must get their pictures taken with Keane Studios in order to appear in the yearbook. This is free of charge and separate from your Senior Portraits. Please contact www.keanestudios.com to schedule an appointment.
The Torrey Pines Commencement Ceremony will be on Friday, June 16th, 2017. For important information, please see below:
Date: Friday, June 16th, 2017
Time: The ceremony begins at 4:00. The stadium will be open at 1:00. Families will not be able to access the stadium prior to 1:00.
Seniors: Students should meet in the "B" wing at 2:30 for check-in. PLEASE NOTE: Cell phones, cameras, purses, and/or any items that will distract from the ceremony will not be allowed into the stadium.
Guests: Tickets are not required, but space is limited. We suggest no more than six guests per student attend the ceremony. Please see seating map for more information.
Parking: There is limited parking in the student lots on the west side of school. Families will not be able to park in the staff lots near the stadium.
For families needing assistance, there will be a shuttle from the student drop-off turnaround to the stadium entrance. At the stadium entrance, there will be a golf cart available to transport to the handicapped seating. For each handicapped person requiring a seat, one companion may sit with them. The shuttle will be available from 2:30-4:00. For more information, please refer to our parking map.
Diplomas: All diplomas will be available after the ceremony. Please look for the tables set up on the track. If you are unable to pick up your diploma on graduation day, you will need to see the registrar during summer office hours.
