Attention SAT & ACT Test Takers
Due to security issues with both tests in the last year, there are new rules and regulations including no more stand-by testing or change of test site on the morning of the test. Go to the respective websites to find out more information.
This Year our 11th and 12th grade students will take part in the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP). Our 12th grade students will pilot the new SBAC Science test, while our 11th grade students will take the English and mathematics SBAC tests.
The Smarter Balanced Assessment System utilizes computer-adaptive tests and performance tasks that allow students to show what they know and are able to do. This system is based on the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for English language arts/literacy (ELA), Mathematics and Science.
Eleventh grade students not taking AP exams will take their tests from April 17-26. Students who are taking the AP exams will take their tests May 15-24, along with the 12th grade pilot science test. For more information please refer to the appropriate grade level parent letter:
