Each year our students are involved in various assessments that are designed to support our school in ensuring we are meeting our goals as they relate to academics, social, and emotional development that is considered age-appropriate by experts in the field. PSAT 2025
The College Board PSAT/NMSQT is an optional standardized test that provides practice for the SAT. Information for the 2025-56 PSAT can be found HERE. This slide deck contains sign-up links, preparation options, and a "day-of" checklist.
Also, look to the College Board website for details on why students should consider the assessment, expectations, format, and more.

AP Exam Registration for the optional AP Exams that will be administered in May 2026 opened on September 10th, 2025.
Students currently taking AP courses who intend to take the optional AP exam in May, must complete the following two steps to fully register for exams:
2. Submit payment for exams on Total Registration by October 3rd, 2025 or a $50/exam late fee will be issued. The late payment window closes on October 12, 2025.
This payment window is for all Year Long and Fall Semester AP Courses, which is nearly every AP course offered at TPHS.

REQUESTING ACCOMMODATIONS FOR TESTING
If a student has a 504 or IEP and would like accommodations from the College Board for the PSAT, SAT, or AP exams, or for the ACT, please fill out this Google Form to submit the request. These requests take up to two months to review, so please submit them early. The deadline to submit requests for accommodations on AP exams is January 12th, 2026.
